  • A microbakery is a small-scale, independent bakery that focuses on quality over quantity. Think of it as a bakery with heart—each loaf is made in small batches, with care and creativity, using the best ingredients. It’s about bringing the artistry of baking into your community, one delicious bite at a time.

I take pride in maintaining the highest standards for my microbakery. I am ServSafe certified, and my kitchen has been approved through the proper process by the Board of Health. I am fully permitted to operate, ensuring that all products are made in a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

  • At the moment, I do not offer gluten-free items. However, having been gluten-free in the past due to gut health issues, I truly understand the importance of having delicious bread options that are gentle on the stomach.

Since I work out of a residential kitchen that regularly contains gluten products, I cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free environment. For this reason, my products are not suitable for those with celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy.

I am, however, exploring the idea of hosting dedicated Gluten-Free Bake Days. On these days, the kitchen would be thoroughly cleaned, and only gluten-free ingredients would be used for baking. That said, there will always be a small risk of cross-contamination due to the shared space.

If you have a gluten allergy, I strongly advise against consuming my products. For those with a gluten intolerance, I encourage you to proceed with caution, keeping in mind that cross-contamination, while minimal, is still a possibility. Your health and safety are my top priorities, and I want to be fully transparent about my process.

Thank you for your understanding, and I welcome any feedback or suggestions as I explore these options!

  • At the moment, I do not offer nut-free items. As someone who understands the challenges of managing food allergies, I know how important it is to feel safe and confident about the foods you consume.

Since I work out of a residential kitchen that regularly contains nuts and nut-based products, I cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment. For this reason, my products are not suitable for those with a severe nut allergy.

If you have a nut allergy, I strongly advise against consuming my products to prioritize your safety. For those with a sensitivity or intolerance, I encourage you to proceed with caution, understanding the potential for trace exposure.

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to me, and I want to be completely transparent about my process. Thank you for your understanding, and I’m always open to feedback as I explore these options!
